Hypsipylon was founded in 2016 by Carmine R. Servidio, who has decades of experience in banking, financial analysis, and operational leadership. Having family and friends who are small business owners, he saw firsthand the challenges they faced - from struggling to understand their business finances to lacking access to the comprehensive expertise that helps larger companies thrive.
More importantly, he heard a consistent frustration: small business owners didn't want consultants who would analyze their situation, make recommendations, and disappear. They wanted someone to work with them through the actual implementation and ongoing challenges.
Hypsipylon was established to bridge this gap - providing small businesses with both the expertise they need and the collaborative support they want, working alongside them to build stronger, more successful operations.
